I loved my Pedicure and Mayra who did it was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. However the dip powder manicure was horrible. The lady (be) who did it was very aggressive with the drill causing some discomfort. She was obviously rushing that she didn’t even try to clean up the stains on my hands so my hands look a mess. She didn’t even ask what shape I wanted on my nails. Was not personable at all. As far as admin..Nikki was very kind as well. I likely won’t be back as I feel like my manicure was a waste of money due to the lack of quality.

I decided when I woke up this morning that I would find a place and get my nails done. I have been looking for a salon for ever not only is Nikki Tran the owner of La bijou Nails and Spa so accommodating Warm and friendly I see us becoming friends.The vibe is chill and relaxed. For the 21 and older there’s alcohol ladies…hint Nikki makes a killer Momosa! ALL of that before they started on my nails! Jond did my nails and did a phenomenal job and Kathy gave me the best pedicure in 10 years! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Took my daughter here to get the full spa treatment for her birthday and was not disappointed! The place was elegant and spotless! Definitely got an upscale vibe being in there! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to decorate her station before she arrived! Prices were reasonable and definitely worth it! Highly recommend!!

My gel manicure by John is awful. Very much a slap and go job. He started filing my nails before asking me what shape i wanted. Gave me no shape or uniformity at all and filed one down to the skin. I guess because I wasn’t getting long nails he didn’t care to do a good job. There was gel polish all on my skin afterwards that I cleaned myself while i sat and got my pedicure. I went home and reshaped my nails myself. I do not recommend he touch anyone’s nails if this is acceptable work.

EDIT: regarding the reply to come in for you to redo the work. No thank you. I do not have the time to give you a do over on something you should have the basic skills and service levels to get right the first time. It is only offered because I said something about your work quality publicly. The gel polish peeled and chipped around the sides where i had to get it off my skin within 4 days of the application. Very awful don’t come here for a gel manicure.
