The absolute BEST experience!!!! I was coming home to Lake Charles to attend The Gumbo YaYA Mardi Gras Ball and I needed my makeup done. I knew the exact look…my cousin is a long time client of Alevan and she raves about her spa days! She scheduled my appointment and Baybee….Carrington did her thing!!!! It’s one thing to get what you ask for but when you get more it’s even better. I’m super picky with my brows and she nailed my entire look.
If I lived back in Lake Charles this would be my go to salon spa! The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is super friendly, warm and very accommodating to all needs. Even the other clients were nice. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will see you all on my next visit home🩷

Today I had the pleasure of Sierra coloring, washing and styling my hair. She was professional and paid attention to details. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Light refreshments were provided as well as the host continuously checked to make sure i was comfortable and offered beverages (water, coffee, etc). The vibe in the salon was like no other. I’m definitely returning again and I will drive miles for this A+ Top notch experience.

Each visit is a retreat from the daily stresses of life. I’m always greeted by name, because sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name! Bre (Salon Coordinator) sets the tone from the moment I enter with her warmth, charm and professionalism. Charlita Delafose has truly birthed an experience, which cannot be found anywhere else in SW Louisiana. I highly recommend Alevan!
