the salon was very clean and staff is friendly. i got the regular polish manicure and as those go, they take forever to dry. my tech attempted to remove some excess polish on my skin and ended up smudging my thumbnail and had to redo it, which increased the wait time for drying. i still have several polish marks on my skin around the nail that she did not try to remove and i did not ask her for time sake. after about 15 min of me sitting with my hands trying to get all the nails hit with the little hand held fan, she told me they were dry and took away the fan (also the first time i haven’t sat at an actual drying machine but they assured me a hand held fan had the same drying effect/power) and i ended up creasing two of the nails while trying to get out my wallet and tip. they offered to have her redo them but i would’ve been at the salon for probably another hour that i did not have. again, super nice and friendly staff who will definitely right any wrongs if they happen but unfortunately i did not have the time to wait around for that. glad i used classpass credits!

Went in with high hopes. Came out with cuts and polish all over me. He way over files my nails, nicked me and made me bleed. Best part was the pedicure but still have polish around my toe nails. I couldn’t even say anything about it at the front desk afterwards because he came back up and stood there while I was paying.

This review is for two people at one visit. My daughter and I got our nails done by two separate techs. My daughter got acrylics and a polish. Her nails turned out great done by Mya. She did a fantastic job!
I can’t recall the name of the tech that did my nails. I got the Noire 1 with a French tip. She was a bit rough with the scrub and didn’t get the lotion after. So my hands were very dry when leaving. The nails themselves look ok, a tiny bit crooked with the white tips. She cut my cuticles a little too close which caused some bleeding and stinging when applying the polish. I would rate my experience at 3 stars, my daughter with 5 stars.

Chan did my dip nails and they turned out perfect. She was very gentle & took her time making my nails perfect. Best nail salon!!

This was truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. All of the employees were extraordinarily polite and helpful. I came in with a picture of a nail art design and have never had it executed so flawlessly and perfectly. Natalie is clearly a perfectionist and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the nails I got. I even had some trouble finding the right colors I wanted to match the photo I brought for reference and they pulled at least 8 different shades and swatched them all on a dish to make sure I got the color I really wanted. It’s safe to say that I will not be going to get my nails done anywhere other than here from now on. This Noire the Nail Bar team went above and beyond. Thank you to Natalie and the young woman who checked me in, I forgot to catch her name (she was the one who went out of her way to swatch the colors for me!).
Couldn’t figure out how to write another separate review but they’ve done it again! Unfortunately Natalie wasn’t there to do my nail art this time but wow, Tiffany exceeded my expectations. Simply amazing results and incredible service. Once again, couldn’t be more pleased!!
