First time back since the switch up&I don’t have 1 complaint. I set up an appointment prior to coming. Great customer service at the door through my full pedicure. Eddie was amazing. Great conversation, service, and the foot massage was top tier! Also I love how sanitary they are with fresh packaged tools for each customer. That’s the main reason I love this nail salon plus the friendly people I’ve encountered.

Love the space – well organized, clean and fresh. Chairs are comfy and it even smells good! My only critique was my technician’s work. She poked my cuticles so hard my right big toe is swollen on one side this morning and she appeared to know that she was going too far, because she’d look up and say, “that hurt?” each time, but didn’t apologize or lighten up, so I wondered if that was normal for her. Didn’t expect it to be more painful and swollen the next day! She also seems to have missed clipping my smallest right toe as it’s oddly larger than my left side. I’m not one to usually leave poor reviews, but I won’t be doing “first available technician” there again. I I believe her name was Trish – she asked me to leave a review, so I figured I should do so honestly.

Tan did an excellent job. Very meticulous. My nails are beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Nice when nail techs actually listen to you. I’ll definitely be going back.
