Beautiful Nails

What an amazing experience and kind family! 🙂 they truly cared about my feelings and made sure I was happy when I left. Matthew (I think that was his name) did an amazing job on my nails and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back! 🖤

I have never left a review on an establishment before but I needed to let others know because I’ve never been brought to tears during a service before. I had a gel pedi. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails shorter before they were just being cut. I chirped up and said I don’t want them too short and I want my toe nails to have a straight look to them. She nodded and then proceeded to cut them way short. I stopped her and said no I just want them just shaped straight, straight across because my right big toe was so diagonal. Another tech came by and explained what I wanted which all you do is shape them with a file. She said okay and just made them curved. I said no I want it straight please. She nodded and continued. I threw my hands up because at this point my big toe nails were so short (it was too my skin & HURT). They were short, curved, and my right toe nail was so short, diagonal, and wonky. She then asked me do they look okay? And I said no, they look nothing like how I wanted but they aren’t fixable now because it’s to my skin now. And she just smirked and looked down. I started crying silently I was so upset and my mom was comforting me because even she agreed it looked terrible. I have never had my toes look so bad. Its like everything I said I wanted she straight up did the exact opposite. She didn’t even ask me what scrub flavor I wanted. There was no communication on her end whatsoever. I went out of my way to tell her exactly what I wanted 4-5times. It’s almost like it was done on purpose. Thank God it is almost winter because I going to have to keep my feet covered until my poor big toe nails grow back. It’s so sad. I will never be coming back again and this nail salon was the closest one to me. I’m just going to go to my old one even though it’s further, I won’t ever be so unsatisfied and unheard that I cry in a chair. I’m sorry and take care.

This place is always great. This is our second time here, and they do a wonderful job. Both times that we have went there, they have been able to work us in. They do a great job on my wifes nails. They do a great on my feet, too. They always take care of my callses on my feet. They really work on your in grown nails. We will be going back.

I got my nails done Friday. Today is Tuesday. The gel on my nails just slid off. They didn’t even last a week!! This is the first time I got a manicure here so I thought I would try it out but I will not be coming back. If you want to get your nails done and you live in Gardner, your best bet is to go to Olathe or Overland Park.

I had gotten my nails done on Wednesday for Valentine’s Day… within the next day 3 of my gel nails had already chipped off. I went back two days after as they said they would fix for free. They were trying to charge me since it was more than one nail. He ended up redoing with the same color I had had. The very next day, my nails chipped again. I’ve been getting gel for years and have never had that happen that quick. Very upset and disappointed
