This was the nail in the coffin for me. Very sad since I have been multiple times before and am happy to support local businesses. I went in as a walk-in this afternoon, and asked for dip powder on my natural nails. I was seated quickly and looked through the booklets for dip colors. There wasn’t much of a selection, so I asked to see the gel colors. Nothing impressed me so I settled with a nice pastel color that was in the dip booklet. I was a bit indecisive, for which I apologized over and over. It was very clear they were annoyed with me since the owner mocked me to the workers. Which was offensive and rude. The worker who did my nails left my nails very sloppy. The pictures speak for themselves. Residue left all over my fingers, ripped skin under my thumb and not even some cuticle oil to soothe/repair the dryness that happens with dip. It’s clear that if you annoy them, they’ll let you know it. Save your money and look for another salon or individual nail tech.

The best nail salon I have gone to in Rhode Island. Is a small business and do not have the higher technology but what it lack on technology it has on service. Amazing people polite and excellent service. Amazing massage with the nail service and very aforradle. I will recommend it 100% they will be my go to from now on. I LOVE IT.

Don’t waste your money. Foot soak about 5 minutes total. Didn’t cut the cuticles. Heels look awful ! Throw your money out the window before considering this place. Not even worth 1 star

Came here for my first time and i was impressed at first but very quickly that went away. It was nice because i felt like i was being pampered at first and then i noticed the guy doing my acrylics had NO idea what he was doing. all my nails were lumpy. Some other lady came over and took over finishing up for him which caused them to argue in front of customers…not very pleasant. i at one point had 3 people working on my nails all trying to correct the other. These acrylics are crooked and still fairly lumpy as she seemed to have given up trying to fix them half way through. none of the corners are sharp as i asked for them to be multiple times and the polish is put on way too thick. when i showed them the design i wanted they were a little rude about doing it. i paid $45 for a set of acrylics that i could have done better myself. Im very upset…first and last time
