I went to Green Hills nail spa for the first time today, and they treated me like royalty. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I asked for some fun nail art I found on Pinterest in preparation for a trip to Disney World, and Tee MADE IT HAPPEN. They were upfront about pricing, and she worked meticulously to customize my manicure, so it was just like the inspiration picture. I’ll definitely be going back for my manicures in the future!

Absolutely amazing place, I’ve been getting my nails done for years. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. The environment is really clean, worthy of being the best resort!!

I got my nails done for the first time here. I made that clear over the phone. The person said oh okay. When I went in the store, she did not introduce a single bit of what services they have and just asked me what do I want to do. I had to pull up a picture at the scene as reference for them.
The person doing my nails was super fast and casual. There was no manicure. Her eyes were on the tv in front of her, not on my nails.
Basic Dipping powder was charged 62$, I don’t know how good/ bad that price is. But the tip of a nail already broke after a few days. And some other nails have cracks.
Why places can’t do people right when they are making so much money from people? Why do people get treated like products on a production line? So sad.

My partner and I went in for Pedicures. It was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect. We sat down and all seemed normal. Our ladies began and I noticed my partners attendant was spending more time and care on his Deluxe pedicure. Mine rushed through every step – I was done 15 mins before he was and we started at the same time. She left my heel looking like it did when I went in literally was as if I only got a nail trim and a massage. Wasn’t the greatest first pedicure experience. Sucks because his attendant named Malice was so amazing! She has great conversation and made us feel at home, meanwhile mine asked all of 3 questions to me the entire time. Place was nice, but will be booking with Malice next time. I see that they just wrote me back, YES YOU DID DO MY PEDICURE THERE. Latina women with hoop earrings was Malice. Don’t try to lie. Fix the problem instead of adding to the issue by denying the situation. I WILL NOT BE REMOVING! From 2 stars to 1 after their response.
