I started going to Mike and Kim in 2006 it was great experience and good customer service until 2024 I had been out of town for a couple of year’s I came back they had a new nail tech her name was Lee she was awesome at her job until it became tension between the owner’s and the nail tech they said she was spending too much time with one customer Lee was doing everything from eyebrows to my nails and feet with a pedicure with the feel in with acrylic and nail designs my appointment was at 10:00am and she would be done by 12:30pm this is on a Tuesday when it’s not busy so there were no other clients waiting on Lee my appointment would cost $200 because Lee was so good I gave her a $30 tip every single time when I was there this particular time I came in it was so much tension that Lee was rushing the process the owner’s kept watching Lee I sit in the chair at 10:00 10:25 she was done with my nails she wouldn’t do a manicure and she barely shaped my nails and she put one layer of acrylic I ask her was something wrong and she said I will fix everything the next time you come in I decided to leave I paid for what little she had done then I left very bad service and I will never go back to Kim and Mike’s a nail shop ever again you don’t treat paying customer’s like this when they tip and show appreciation 👎👎👎👎👎

Everyone here is very professional and helpful. Lee personally does my nails and she is great!!! She takes her time and knows her work. I would never go to another nail salon. I wish I can give her/salon ten stars. Very great !!! The work speaks for itself.

I got my nails done here for my Birthday and was sooo disappointed. I spent about $155 and it hasn’t been a week and my nails are lifting. Lady didn’t file around my cuticles. This was such a waste of money and to add eye lashes came off the same day.

So glad I decided to give this place a try! The salon is well kept. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They got me into a chair immediately since there was no wait. Ms Linda was my nail tech. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the services. I asked for a gel overlay, not knowing that wasn’t the best idea for my natural nails.. but instead of doing that Ms. Linda recommended just getting an acrylic overlay Instead because that would be better for my nails (mind you she recommendedthe CHEAPER option cus gel is more expensive than acrylic– HONEST AND COMMENDABLE). I love the simplicity of the look and the accuracy of the execution of this simple nail set because I didnt need too much. Prices were straightforward. I also got a very nice eyebrow wax too. She put a nice and neat shape on them just like I asked! Give Magic Nails a try!
