so, i used to come here often. i don’t recommend getting manicures, only 1 person can do designs and the rest can’t. the pedicures are really good, they always do a good job. massages are amazing. i came here last time and tried to get a coffin shaped spiderweb look for halloween and the lady said she couldn’t do it. i told her i wanted to keep the length i had, and she cut it when i told her not to. i told her i wanted a new set because i didn’t want them short and told me they didn’t have enough time. i just made her take my nails completely off and i will not be coming back for any manicures. they are also very overpriced.

I asked for a certain design and it was not coming out right and so i told her to just do white…that did not look well either. I told her to just leave them like this. These nails are extremely bulky and she got an attitude because I did not like them. The plain white were supposed to be a gel manicure and they came out unclean.

I didn’t wait long to sit down for my full set of acrylics, and as she was going through the process she stopped multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape, length and color. To me this means the world because some nail techs get in the zone and then the nails don’t turn out exactly how you would’ve liked them to. Overall I was very pleased with the service quality, and price. $50 for this gorgeous set!

Went for a brow waxing with my mom, the woman did great work, she took her time to make sure she did a good job but was still done in a timely manner. 10 dollars, great service.
Update!: Years later and I still go here. I moved to a different parish and tried out places locally, but none of them did as good a job and they were ALL more expensive. Still 5 stars, if I could, I would give them 6.

Called to make an appt. She said she wouldn’t be busy. Which she wasn’t. I went in was there for an hour!! Staff was friendly, little to no communication. They spoke to each other more than me. The place was kinda of dirty, and the tech kept trying to push that I get gel. After my fill was complete, time for polish, I was in the dryer for over 25 mins and my nails were wet when I left. They left crud all under my fingers, the paint job was very wonky and each nail was a different length and shape. I asked several times to have my cuticles cleaned up, nope that didn’t happen. I was very unhappy here and will not be returning. I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience wasn’t pleasant. I only went because of the good reviews and was sadly disappointed!!
