Saw on the website “ Walk ins always welcome” so I went to get my my haircut. When I walked in there was nobody working in the front and none of the workers in the back even acknowledged me or greeted me. I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes until one of the workers finally greeted us and said we don’t do walk ins with a very judgy tone like I did something wrong and none of them helped me any further with maybe setting up an appointment. Won’t be coming here ever again😤

Can’t say enough about the quality of services and friendship I managed to make in this little salon while living in the area! Tiffany Johnson does it all! I went to her for cut/color and wax services and she does not let you leave until you are happy. She would get me in on short notice and come in early for me, the salon is bright and clean and everyone I came into contact with was helpful and friendly.

My first experience was good!! I arrived 10 minutes early because I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone. My stylist did a good job, made sure I left happy with my hair cut, and was easy to talk to.

I’ve enjoyed my experience with my stylist and service at the salon; however, it is frustrating when you call multiple times with no answer during business hours. I even left two voicemails to schedule a hair appointment and I never received a call back to schedule – even though their voicemail prompts to do so. They seem to have a light schedule for staffing, as I have had a hard time on multiple occasions to schedule an appointment. They say walk-ins are always welcome, but I called and they stated it was only if someone was available.

Love, love, love Belle Ame! Kim Thompson is a phenomenal stylist! So talented, professional and creative! She has done my hair for many years and has done my makeup and hair for special events as well. She’s great with kids too. I highly recommend her to anyone!
