My mom went here on two occasions and my mom feet got a chemical burnt twice. I am adding photos for proof but this place hasn’t been best over the past years. They’ve accused my sister and I not wanting to pay all because THEY misunderstood we were paying on one transaction. They made a BIG scene about it as if we weren’t going pay. NEVER AGAIN !

My nails were $43 which is fine, but the way they look was not worth that price. I will not be coming back here. The lady was on her phone kept looking away while doing my nails, kept trying to up charge me, & after I told her no thank you she started rushing my nails, & it shows. When she was finished, I was talking to my grandma & noticed my nails had fuzz sticking to them, & I got gel nails. The tips were sticky, & she “fixed them” & there still sticky. I’m highly upset, I love the straight square look, & my nails look wide & thick. Don’t recommend coming here.

They don’t even deserve one star. I went in just to fix one nail and the one (with the dirty face on the right when u walk in) screwed up my whole nail said talking about that’s the best she can do. Then put her on feet or fire her. She had a horrible attitude, every time I asked about my nail(how it doesn’t match the rest, how the super glue is stuck to my skin) she completely ignored me. Unique nails need to understand how important customer service is. You can’t treat ME like that n think you gone get my money. Never again and let me advise everyone else. Don’t pay for this kind of horrible service they should be shut down PERMANENTL!! I said what I said. Not Sorry. They loud rude dirty and smell funny.🤬🤬🤬 WORST PLACE N SERVICE EVER!!!!

A decent salon with some good artists but there’s always a rotten apple to spoil the bunch. At my last “artist” did an awful job with the tip and underline I asked for and she got upset when I addressed the messiness. I’m not paying $70 for kindergarten scribbles so I asked her to remove it and just paint it white. She did so very sloppily while intentionally filing extra hard. The manager who’s usually sweet was even rude to me after coming over to see what the problem was. 👎👎👎👎👎 It’s ridiculous to pay so much for poor service AND an awful set.

This place has gone down hill so bad! I haven’t had my nails done here in years literally, but Diamond is the only person who has ever touched my eyebrows.
I went to go get my eyebrows done and waited almost 30 mins before I realized how much time has went by. She was finishing up a customer when I walked in, so I was fine with waiting. But putting someone in front of me and then having the nerve to tell me to wait a little is where you draw the line! I instantly got up and left.
I can not WAIT until I find someone to do my eyebrows, so that I can stop going to this place!
