I’ve been going to Lynn at Luxy Nails for almost 2 years. I absolutely love this nail salon. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful, and pleasant. This is the most consistent salon I’ve ever gone too♥️

Very good thorough nails! Great shape, texture, and strength to my SNS nails. A very wide selection. Place was relatively clean. Only downside was the very strong acetone smell. The shop needs better ventilation for employees and customers.

So I’ve been coming here for years. As of late the service has sucked. I’m a stiletto type of gal with gel. I get the same thing every time. I had a 11 day cruise coming so I went and got my nails done. I kind you not less than a hour later a nail broke. It was 5:30 .(I had to be on my plane in the am) So I went back. Showed them my broke nail and voiced my concerns ( I know that these nail were not going to last 11 days due to the amount of acrylic used(very thin) literally the thickness of my real nail. Like I said I go there a lot never had this happen. They felt bad, fixed the nail free of charge. I go on my cruise the next day 3 more nail broke. Ok I expected that to happen. Mad but no big problem, I’m on vacation. I get home make another appointment. I’m like give them another chance it doesn’t happen often. So I go to my appointment today. Start getting my feet done( taking my gel off). Nikki comes over to start my nails. She usually do my nails. So I was kinda happy to see her. So I kindly ask can you add more acrylic because (explained the issue I had last time and showed her. They both agreed the acrylic was thin. But she tried to explain to me that I get stiletto nails and we don’t use that much acrylic for stilettos. As if I have not been coming here for years getting the same thing.Nikki walks away go talk to someone else. Then that lady came to me and said Nikki refuse to service you with no explanation. Mind you I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. I kindly took my feet out the water paid the $10 for the gel removal. I will never go here again in life! Michelle

I took my wife for her bday on Friday 10th to do her nails and toes. She is so upset her nails are horrible in just 3 days. Know I now why I should of ask for certain person. Horrible just horrible . She is going to have redo them and pay that extra money which we shouldn’t have to .

I visited today for the first time came in to get a basic acrylic French tip set and I also got the lavender and lemongrass scrub pedicure with regular Grinch green polish. Unfortunately I did not get neither of my techs names I’m sad but the Young guy that did my pedicure he has tattoos on his arms and he wears glasses (sorry it’s the best I can say) he was awesome I really enjoyed the pedicure it wasn’t rushed he wasn’t rough with the scrubs it just felt great all around he was also nice. My Nail Tech was a older lady with long black hair to her shoulders she was very quiet she didn’t speak much (again sorry the best I can give) from a personal opinion she works a bit slower but she is very detailed I love the set. The atmosphere was great matter fact I can’t recall the last time I’ve been in a nail salon that doesn’t smell like acrylic powder like this one is well ventilated if this makes sense. The only con I would give if any is I’m not really a fan of discussing the price after the service is given. I think that this should be discussed thoroughly when clients walk in the door the first thing they see is the prices if you’re giving a service that says for example 45+ when the client tells you what they want then should be the time that you tell them what the extra will be. I don’t speak the language but I can tell because my tech was hesitant before making the transaction I can tell by the body language and the looking up at the board of prices that that is what was being discussed. I assume not too many people get basic nails anymore LOL maybe it was a long time since they had to wring it up
