I came to get a full set, eyebrow tint, and lashes. As I was getting my nails done I started a conversation with the tech. I told him that I was referred by a friend I was new to the area, she told me this was a good place. His reply was everyone get treated the same . I’m like oh ok . I was like I’m not trying to get a deal I was just telling you what a customer said nice about your salon. While getting my nails done he was yanking my hand and acting irritated. Just a bad experience completely. Then I had to ask him to apply more acrylic to my nails because they were so thin, my pinky nail was flying upward, so i just told him nicely I’m good on the other services.I wouldn’t recommend this salon to up tight for me. And just for this set it was 45 cause I asked him to add more acrylic because the were so thin.

I use to come here years ago, the salon has been upgraded but when I went last week only because I was on that side of town and I got my nails done they were horrible! Powder was clumped under the nails, the nail shape was incorrect and overall the nails look below armature. I’ll stick with my reg nail salon that does excellent work! They upgraded the salon and downgraded the nailtechs. My nail tech was on the phone the majority of the time, unprofessional to me. 2 stars is because the salon was clean and the people were nice. I had my nails redone quickly!!

Unsanitary employee. Unfortunate manager’s mindset.
There is a little guy that smokes working there. He was just coming back in from smoking and was asked to do my nails. He went and sat down, pulled his mask up waiting for me @ booth #5. When I got to him I asked him if he would wash his hands and get the smoke smell off. I didn’t like the smoke smell not only that, if you think about it He had to put his hand to his mouth over and over again the entire time he’s smoking. So you would think he would go wash his hands with no problem. Well, he did go over to wash his hands but while he did that, the manager said to me “he doesn’t want to do your nails now”. I told him that was find. I like to stick with the same person at locations I use anyway. No other customers were in. Mind you I didn’t raised my voice the conversation was at normal speaking level. I got a pedicure and nails dip powder. When serving was almost to the end I asked the manager if he doesn’t require the staff to wash there hands. He said “I don’t tell them what to do and you should not either”.
So I said “well thats disgusting but these are my hands and these are my lungs and he’s does not get to offend the client. ( still very civil) the manager became smarty & rude.
I couldn’t believe it. When I first started going over there they were like johnny-on-the-spot loving their clients. The wife is still pretty cool. But that just lets you know, as I’ve always said, how misled & fake some of these Asian really are. They get a few more customers and then think they can do what they want. Then start treating people different. That’s too bad. I made up in my mind at that point this was my last visit and I quietly said that to him as he finished me up. I think he expected me to rant in rage but I don’t do that, its childish. He however even try to get alittle ugly. I told him if you gonna manage know that every conversation not gonna be good news. A manger should know handle it gracefully and I did say this is my last visit. Trust me now that I know what color I use all I have to do is tell the other places I use and they will get it. So all is well but trust a reported to the health department will be made for that behavior. It’s just not sanitary at all. I know my request was a NOT unreasonable at all but
I will find out for sure.

They acknowledge when you immediately and off you something to drink, but getting the dip powder on my nails seems to be trial and error for them. They guy asked how did you know we have dip powder, I told him that I didn’t, I just assumed everyone was offering it. It seems like you, as a customer, have to be familiar with the dip process so that you can address things as they’re doing them. I ask questions that would let them know that I’m familiar with the process. I am confortable enough to ask them to correct certain things I see and they’ve been happy to correct.

I stopped going here years ago because the salon had just gone downhill. I randomly visited yesterday, and was surprised when I walked in to see the much needed upgrades and new owners. Everyone was nice and friendly, speedy service, and more than enough staff. I will be returning.
