I got my nails done on yesterday 12/29. The little lady that did my nails was nice but completely messed my nails up. I told her they didn’t look right before leaving, the gel polish was thick and bubbly. The side of my nails weren’t filed right, but I still paid my $50.00 dollars and left. Not knowing the very next day 12/30 my nails would start peeling. I can’t believe this! This was my second time going to this shop and will be my last!!!

The young guy with tattoos always has a passive aggressive demeanor and talk about the customers in his native language w/ the other employees. I almost felt the need to check him because I know he was talking about me in a disrespectful way…. I gave Kim/ the owner a picture of what I wanted and they DID NOT do my nails correctly….. EVERYTIME I go to Top Nails the young guy is disrespectful… they only care about money not the QUALITY of their work. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE.

This was my 3rd and last visit with Top Nails, and I will take the drive to Posh Nails Lexington.
I received the quickest pedicure ever. The lady didn’t put anything in the water, didn’t use any gel to scrub, I always got the deluxe, but she didn’t even ask what I wanted. No massage of the calves, for the hot towel she told me to put my legs together and only placed one across both 🤦🏽‍♀️no oil, lotion afterward. I can’t even tell I received a pedicure.
I should have known from the start because she didn’t even soak the gel polish off she used the filer (not sure what the tool is called). My big toes have acrylic, and she didn’t even fill those in.
I had powder on my nails, which usually soaks while I’m getting a pedicure, she act like she didn’t even hear me. Another lady did my nails. I had to get another color because they didn’t have the color in powder to match my toes. That could’ve been avoided if the other lady had said that instead of having an attitude for no reason with me. I’m not sure if she didn’t want to do the pedicure or what, but she caused them to lose 2 customers. If they were short staffed, they should have just told us or had us to wait instead of speeding through the services.
My boyfriend stated that we don’t come here enough and not a regular because it seemed as if they were catering more to those they knew.

Candy and Hanh both do amazing work. I can just bring a picture of what I want, and Hanh replicates it each time. She’s super fast even though she’s texting the entire time you’re there. The two stars are for them. The pedicure is underwhelming and nothing special. If you come towards the end of the night, do not expect to get any designs, especially from the guy who works at the first chair by the door. He doesn’t even do an extra coat. I used to love this place, but unfortunately he has ruined it for me bc he didn’t think I could understand his language, but I did. Hope that joke at my expense was worth it for you, lo dit!
