It was tough for me to find a good nail tech for being so picky about how I like them done and I came across this salon on Instagram asking if they can do any design on nails and someone responded yes so when I made the appointment and not setting my expectations high…I was assigned to this Latina girl to do my nails….after she listened how I want them done..she did EXACTLY how I asked without questions or input like others did in other places and it they looked even better than the picture I showed her..I was so shocked and happy! After a few appointments I thought to myself, I finally found my perfect nail tech!! I just want to thank Yani for perfectly amazing designs every time!!! She is super sweet, kind and fun to talk to!! They are lucky to have her as a tech at this salon.

The nails the gal did were good, but could’ve done better. I had bumps in my polish still and for the price I was highly disappointed. She cut my cuticles in multiples areas. In one part specifically, I bled for two hours after my appointment and I had a scab for a week. The nails were pretty but the care for the customer was lacking substantially.

I went in today for a fill. The fill was fine but the polish and design could have been so much better. I kept looking at my nails not liking them so I went back in less than 10 mins after paying. The nail tech came back up asking me about them telling me I asked if you like the color a couple times. I let her know I like the color but the work isn’t good the lines aren’t neat, there are small bubbles in the gel polish as well. I said at this point I just want the nail painted fully. Luna the owner comes up and is looking at the nail tech to tell me I don’t see anything wrong.

I told them you know what don’t worry about it and I left the salon. I’ve never had an owner not want to ask questions to help the customer like what they just paid for. Customer service was definitely trash!!!

I came here yesterday for the first time. I was scheduled at 4:30 but ended up waiting until about 5:30 to see anybody, they were busy but still I had an appointment. I didn’t leave until after 7pm when they were closing.
I’m happy with my nails overall. My one index finger is a bit crooked but it doesn’t bother me at all. The guy who did my nails informed me that it was his 3rd day and he was still learning, which is fine- we all start somewhere! He wasn’t able to do the design I wanted on my ring fingers so we just did all solid green matte which look great. He was a little rough on my fingers and cut 2 of them while filing.
I booked here because of all of the amazing reviews and photos of nail art, hopefully next time I can get a tech who can do designs 🙂
Despite the few things that didn’t go as planned, I will be back next time I need my nails done! I loved the atmosphere and everyone was so incredibly nice.
