I’ve messaged Norma through her fb page and we discussed appointment times. So i show up to what we discussed but there was a deposit required to confirm and secure appt. I felt embarrassed for not having sent anything beforehand but she still saw me and did my nails☺️ What I liked the most was her regularly making sure i was happy with the color, shape and length. Her salon is very clean and spacious. Loved the service and will be coming back for a fill.
edit to add: when i used google maps, it took me to a house nearby but when i used apple maps it took me to the correct location. screenshot included to show correct location.
We discussed doing a session this past Wednesday, she waited less than 24 hours befor to suddenly change her availability and suddenly inforce a required deposit, despite this not being listed or told anywhere. She only did all of this because I asked to reschedule once before this. Very petty.
She then had one of her friends start arguing with me on my review of her in her Facebook page. I was told how lucky she even thought of putting me in her schedule.
She had no interest in admitting any fault to this. I have decided to report a case to the BBB, because this is poor business practice.
