Started going to them on the 3 of February and the sister’s did a great job with me, fiancee and daughter. Their attention to detail knowing what their clients want is amazing. I’m from Georgia an it took me forever to find a nails that will take care of you will without rushing through to get to the next client. The atmosphere to so welcoming.

I received a horrible full set, where my nails were lifting, and falling off after the first week! After paying $65 for the set, I certainly would not expect that.

I returned to the shop after the first two nails fell off, and was charged for the repair, even though it was obvious that most of the other nails were lifting at the cuticle. I paid for the repairs, no problem.

Less than two days later, three additional nails fell off! The full nail, no break in them at at! When I returned with three nails missing on one hand, I was told that due to the wait, I would have to schedule my service for the next day! No sooner than I walk out of the store I receive a call, advising that I would need to schedule my service for two days out… with three nails missing, due to poor quality work?!

I never even requested anything free, VERY POOR SERVICE! I am sure that it is no concern to them, but I will never return, and I truly feel that I wasted my money!

Well, another nail has lifted, right after I updated this post, so make that nail number four on the same hand, so including the two that I paid to have repaired over the weekend, that is a total of six nail from a full gel set.

I am removing the few that I have left and getting a new full set elsewhere!

I always have a great experience at Regal Nails. The staff is very friendly, and they are always eager to help me come up with new color ideas!

I’ve been coming to this salon since I moved to Columbia 4 years ago. Never disappointed! Phuong and Edson are my favorites but nobody there has ever done a bad job on my nails. I go twice a month since the prices are affordable. I’ve considered going in for just a foot massage, they are so relaxing!

My Nail Tech is excellent. I love him!! My only issue is the color wheels do not match the color of the powder or polish. Very unhappy with there polish selection and what is represented as the color. I pick one color and when I’m dipped it comes out totally different color. So aggravated with this!!

Edson, at Regal Nails, is my manicurist and he’s been my manicurist for about 4 years now. He is excellent; he always gives me a top-notch service. I give him five stars! Today he gave me a manicure and dipping powder in the color Cherry Chic.
