In my case, I had to ask the nail technician to repeat the exfoliation part about three times. If I showed the results of the pedicure on this review it would be horrific. Exfoliation part is actually the part that I look forward to the most when I come to the salon. Currently, I am leaving with the skin on my feet jagged and not smooth, which was witnessed by the nail technician.
It’s very comical that I had this experience with a Deluxe Pedicure ($55.00 / $56.00+ if you’re using card) when I was first offered the next tiered package which is 10 dollars more.
I only came to the salon as my back up salon due to my preferred salon near Food Lion on Devine st not being open. Availability is about the only thing I’ve found this salon to offer. Quality nor pride in their work is present.
I won’t be returning (even in a bind), however, I do wish this business well and hope that they show their appreciation for their customers via the work they do for them.
