It’s rare that I’ll post a bad review but… I have to. On the pros for this spot I will say the space is clean, well designed, spacious, relaxing. I have to post a review because the services I’ve gotten there have been super inconsistent and in the case of my gel manicure yesterday with Keesha, actually bad. For a $45 gel manicure I would expect to not have flooding in my nail beds, irregularly shaped nails and uneven cuticles. It actually pains me to even look at my struggle nails (I’m trying to grow them, ok!). I think for those who recommend this spot they likely find a favorite nail tech and service and stick with them but I’ve gone to two different people and had wildly different experiences. I will say the pedicure I got here was pretty good but maybe find somewhere else or go to your neighborhood nail spot for a gel because it’s not worth it. On the plus side this experience May lead me to learning how to just do my own manis. For reference my review photos I took at time of posting and got my mani yesterday.

This is my second time here. Great environment and staffs. I did full set of Acrylic nails and colors. Blanca did an amazing work. She explained everything so nicely and patiently. I loved the outcome. I am going to visit again.

Honestly a little disappointed. I’ve been walking past this salon for years and finally decided to stop in to get my nails done because I knew I was getting engaged. They booked over me despite having an appointment and I had to wait at least a half hour before I could get down in the chair. The nail tech did tell me she was groggy that day and I try not to judge or anything, but I got hard gel and my nails were extremely lumpy and uneven. Then, exactly a week later, the tips started to fall off. I paid $85 with tip and my hard gel started breaking off. Thankfully for the engagement photos the nails looked fine, but up close they were raised in some spots. I think it was two hours for me to just get hard gel with very short extensions. I had to cut the tips off because some broke off and now my nails are short again, less than two weeks after the service. She wanted me to schedule my full immediately but they didn’t even last until when she wanted to refill them. Very disappointed and have had better experiences with a random classpass salon. Unfortunately this was way too expensive for such mediocre service. I get having a bad day but these were my engagement nails and they really just were mid, which is unacceptable for a $70 hard gel set. I now have to pay to get them removed before I planned on it since they were done so poorly. Very disappointed. The nails did photograph well but that was about it.

First time and review started from the chair. I arrived at this location at around 10:10 this morning and did not leave until around 2pm. While the staff were friendly and worked with precision to make sure my nails were perfect I have NEVER been in a nail salon that long. The services I received was a gel/acrylic full set and a gel pedicure. No special designs. I’m not one to normally be upset over pricing, but $130 for the basic services I received not even including tip is a bit much. Between timing and pricing I won’t be a returning consumer here. Go elsewhere unless you just have money to waste.

I’ve come here several times now for builder gel and always receive high quality service. The staff is very attentive and do their best to make you happy. My nails have looked great each time and last well up to a month before needing a fill. Prices are reasonable for the city. Highly recommend Brianna!
