I can’t wait to go back! Three of us received gift cards as Christmas gifts for this spa and went a few days ago for the first time. What a great experience! The atmosphere is so nice and all of the staff were really great. My nail tech, Mono, offered great advice on what I should get and did a really great job on my nails (full dip set with a tip).

The website mentions complimentary beverages, which we weren’t offered. But I’m sure if I asked they would have accommodated us.

At check out the gentleman who took our payments gave complimentary lotions! Hands down the best experience at a nail spa!

Rachel always does an amazing job on my nails!! I always receive numerous compliments and they last a long time without breaking!!! Highly recommended her and she’s a sweetheart!

This was probably my best experience at a nail salon. We were greeted when we walked in and they went above and beyond the whole visit. The gentleman that did my manicure did the best job. He gave me exactly what I wanted. we joked around. I just moved to the area and this is my new salon.

Let me start by saying their staff is very friendly and welcoming. If I didn’t have continual issues with my nails this would be my shop of choice.

This is my 2nd time coming here for a fill-in and having my nails lift within 3 days of my fill-in. The first time my nails were lifting after about 4 days so I went in thinking they would apply more acrylic to fix the issue…no he just applied a little glue (which the next day the nail lifted again)…so I went back this past Friday to give them a 2nd chance but I informed the tech that I type and my acrylic would need to be a little thick (which did not happen) and the yesterday (Monday) my nail begin to lift. I don’t understand what products they are using but it can’t be quality as my nails NEVER lifts.

Friendly with reasonable pricing, good sales, and excellent service. Relaxing atmosphere. very clean with nice decor. They offered complimentary beverages and cookies – not sure if that’s all the time or just for special events. Took my teenage Stepson and his Mom for manipedi sessions. Everyone enjoyed it. I was especially happy with how gentle the filing and everything for the acrylic nail prep was. Past experiences elsewhere kinda hurt and banged up my cuticles, so I didn’t get nails done professionally for years, but Alpha Nails was a pleasant and relaxing experience. I also have allergies, and none of the smells were very strong/chemical to me. It has been 3 weeks, and the nails and gel polish still looks great. No chipping or peeling off. I definitely plan to go back again for any future sets, removals, fills, etc.
