Posh Polish Nail Salon

The atmosphere was “nice” but there are no massage chairs for pedicure stations. Life is so expensive I did not even think there would be a nail salon not even offering pedicures without a massage chair! My friend goes here & I joined her for our birthday girls day. They did a decent job on my gel polish but my toes are not a consistent shade of pink, it’s weird I can see some parts of my nail bed. I would share a picture to solidify my point but I am not a fan of taking pictures of my toes to post online. As you can see they charged $5 to remove the gel polish! Is this the new normal!? Also they added the callus removal to my requested services simply because my friend asked for it. I thought they asked me if I needed polish removed from my toes but no mention that it would cost me $5 to remove the gel! When they “supposedly” were asking if I wanted the callus remover like my friend asked for, I didn’t but it was a language barrier. It was discussed at the end of my services as I saw the extra ridiculous charges. I was so frustrated at this point I was like, “fine.” Some part of my Classic pedicure had them LITERALLY pouring wax from a candle being burned on my calves. The massage was nice but as I put my sandals on I was literally SLIPPING into next year! I could not safely walk because my feet were so slimy! Ultimately I was not happy with this experience and will never return.

First time here and had a great experience. Jessie made sure my nails looked good and gave me the perfect no talking introvert experience. My sister that came with had an issue with how her nails ended up and Jessie made sure they were fixed and looking good.

I gave this salon too many chances. I’ve been getting dip powder nails for a long time and I always get new tips put on. This salon always fails to make the tips stick to my nails which causes the nail to not feel secure and easily crack. The last time I went (I only went because this place is so close to home and I kept giving them more chances) I was made out to look like a crazy women. Meanwhile all my tips weren’t stuck on my nails! (See gap in pic below) Im sorry but if the tips have a gap between the tip and the real nail… we have a problem… I think there’s either a problem with the products they use or they aren’t filing enough to make sure the glue sticks properly. I’m not a nail tech so I don’t know. I made them take the nails off and I went to castle nails in westfield and now my nails look perfect. Castle nails is further from my house but I will start using them as my go to place.

I really hate to write bad reviews and complain like that since I own a business myself but when something is clearly wrong and you accuse the customer of being wrong then you deserve this review.

The most beautiful nail salon I’ve ever been in! I’m from out of town and wanted to arrange manis and pedis for the bride and members of her wedding party. There were 5 of us ranging from 61 to 7 years old and Posh Polish was patient, gracious and accommodating. My nails are pictured 9 days after the manicure and they are still perfect! Kiki worked on my gnarly hands and feet and she was a magician. Truly one of the best mani/pedis I’ve ever had – and I’m old and have had a ton! 😂 Every time I visit my daughter-in-law in Westfield I will carve time out to treat us at Posh Polish.

Went in for mani-pedis with the girls before my wedding. We got a mix of gel and acrylics. My technician, Lisa, was so wonderful and deserves full credit for my hands looking nice! I appreciated the care she took and that she helped me pick the perfect color. Great ambience, lots of options, and very skilled, friendly, and professional staff. It is a really lovely place to unwind from all the stress and get to feel pretty. I’ll be coming back!
