Just got my nails done today and feet . Gel . $85 total 👎🏼Lady who did my hands was very rude . Snatched my hand because my friend Ashley who also got her nails done was talking to me. Then when I tried showing her my nails that needed fixed she ignored me went right away and put cuticle oil on my hands! After that someone accidentally bumps hard into her while she’s sitting in her chair and it made her so mad! All I thought was Karma ! Then she still ignores me when I try to show her my nails and she gets up and goes to the register I’m 24 yrs old and I’m a regular. But the woman whom I usually go to was busy so I had someone else . Lost a loyal customer . I’m only going for eyebrows only from here on out . Actually I should go back tomorrow to have her fix them . I hate them 💔

Today 2021 two day’s before Christmas the owner is rude and tryed to do a half job. Usually they are polite. I will add a picture to show how she tried to do my nails. All the ladies are pleasant. The owner was not this morning. When I tried to show her the mistake she sent me to wait on a worker who was busy with her client! God knows I am being patient because I’m well over due. Being nasty isn’t the way!

As a walk in the wait wasn’t too bad. I had a wonderful foot care massage. I also had my eyebrows done. I was happy with my services.

After waiting for like 40 minutes, I asked to get my gel off and get a new gel color on my natural nails. They burned my skin while filling my nail and ended up with some uneven color on my nails.

I’ve been an off and on customer since 2018. They’re very reliable some workers aren’t as great but I have one lady I absolutely love. Don’t care if I made an appt for 6pm and I’m not seen until 6:45 I will sit and wait. I refuse to overpay anywhere else. Other places will finesse up to $90 but this is the only salon that won’t hassle you or make you try something new. If I ask for acrylic I get it same for gel. No swindling into dip or something else. I get my acrylic refill with gel Polish for $35 here. I tip her nicely and see her a week or so later. The only nail tech that has been able to do my nails properly! I like the shape and filing she is patient and kind with me too. No broken nails and my real nails grow out nicely. My preferred spot for hands. Never did pedicure but great for acrylic manicures. Also always ask the price when you sit with them before the work just as any nail place. If you’re in a time crunch call and ask for the wait time so you don’t get an attitude over waiting 30+ min for service.
