If I could leave negative stars I would. Never going to this place again. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I got my eyebrows waxed & this lady ruined my eyebrows. Did not listen to me whatsoever. One eyebrow is thinner than the other. My eyebrows were not like this at all!!

I was in a pinch and couldn’t make it to my regular salon so I came in for an acrylic fill and every step of the service was a disaster. Overall, it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get my nails done… I had coffin shaped nails that they made square (this alone took 30 minutes, I was hoping they would be filed back down after..) after she said she was going to keep the shape. I said I wanted them trimmed down and had to ask 3 times for them to be shorter and they’re still very long. 3 nails have already lifted at the base and 2 others chipped at the top within a few hours. They’re so crooked and unevenly shaped, I asked the tech to fix them and she tried but did not make it better. The acrylic is bumpy and the polish was even streaky (and no base coat). One finger is also possibly infected??? Super red and my entire fingertip is in pain; not to mention cutting up my fingers. I’m not one to complain but wow this was such an BAD experience all around; do not waste your money here. Calling my OG nail tech ASAP to fix this disaster.

I have been getting my nails done at bonsai off and on for four years and every time I go they are always hit or miss. It feels like half the staff wishes to rush through acrylic sets while others really put a lot of time and energy into making sure they’re perfect, so you just have to hope you end up with someone who cares. Today I got a set that is completely not straight and looks comedically large on my hands. When I addressed to the tech that they are not straight (when she glued on the tips- before any acrylic application!), she gave me one quick file. The tip was glued on wrong, I didn’t need a file I needed it reapplied and she neglected to do so. Disappointing to spend $50 on something I want to take off immediately.

Love this salon. I’ve come here a couple of times and they do the best dip powder manicure in the area. The standard price doesn’t include the bells and whistles (like paraffin wax, shoulder/hand massages, etc), but the quality is worth the price. Staff is super friendly and they take walk ins! Just a heads up if you come here it’s cash tip only. They have an ATM, but it charges a fee.

I tried going back to this salon since it was under new management. To be fair there are a few nail techs that are good at what they do but there are a few that are absolutely awful. Even with making an appointment with a specific person, they tried setting me up with someone else once I arrived. I will never go back to this salon.
