It was my first time to the salon since I was in the area thought I could give it a shot. I saw how it said “ walk ins welcomed” when I walked in I asked again just to be sure and was told yes. Right away the lady had an attitude as I asked for her opinion if I needed a new set or we could do fill in. During the process she did not say a word to me , or asked me how short or long I wanted my nails . I was upset and when I was about to pay she was just staring at me to see how much I would tip her and then she was like “ thank you” all nice but during the process she did not say a word.

Stopped in as I was in the area and this was closer than my normal salon. I asked “oh I see your under new management” and I was ignored. I also witnessed another client ask a question and was ignored.

I asked for acrylic tips with dip. I am not sure if she had ever done dip before because her method was completely different than any other salon I’ve been to. After she polished it, it was clear how bad it would look. She then brought green no chip polish when I asked for blue originally. No communication throughout the whole experience. She was about to put that green polish on when I asked “what’s going on here?” She said something about “I’ll fix this.” Great. Can we at least get a blue color though?? I shouldn’t have had to ask what was happening. She was about to put no chip on when I asked for dip??

I just paid and left. I appreciate the effort to make my nails look good in the end. But I will not be going back.

1st time under the new management and the lady that took care of my pedicure did not do a good job. She cut my nails to short and she cut me when she was removing the extra skin on my toes.
