The older women who runs this place could be the rudest person I have encountered in a nail salon. I apparently interrupted her and wheel of fortune and her sighs let me know it through out my entire visit!! I was the only one in there when I came in and when I left. I am a very pleasant person -so I’m sorry if my smile ruined your busy day of watching TV. but I won’t be back!

Great spot, owner Donna is very good at what she does, my nails last for a long time and she has been in business for over 10 years. I always call in advance for appointments and have no problem getting in.

If it was possible I would this guy 0 stars. The guy was a complete jerk. I have only been here once before. They don’t clean their tools. He put a used napkin on my hand and when I pointed it out to me he started yelling at me that he had not used it yet but he was going to. He said get out for me asking him to use a new napkin. I would tell people to never come here. I felt threatened by him. Horrible horrible experience.

This place is very rude. They are very racist. They tell me I have to wait until 5 then 5:30. Then this white come they tell here 5. I would not come there any race to support these people. I will be reporting them to the city of Naperville and Chamber of Comerce.

Went In and didn’t feel welcomed at all..went to the nail shop down the street and was greeted when entered..also had a hour wait..down the street had no wait..and yes they did a awesome job..
