I was unhappy with the nails I got when I first got it done they contacted me two days later to get me in and JennyLE did such beautiful work the before and after photos attached I was almost in happy tears I was a little nervous because I’m extremely shy and it’s hard for me to tell someone they did poorly and I’ve learned my lesson if I’m spending $72 then I need to say something!!

Thank you Lamour for making it right and getting me in I’ll be back for more work to be done!

I posted a not so great review before but believe I just happened to come in on an off day! Since then I have been back and everything has been great! Jenny B has done my nails and she is great and consistent! I’ve brought my kids a few times and they have all been so great and patient with the kids!

Nancy is the best at pedicures. I don’t get fingers done yet, but she is so good with my feet I’m tempted. Have been coming for 7 months Nancy is my go to after the first couple of young ladies were good but third time a charm. Great atmosphere very welcoming and friendly staff. Massage chairs are great better than any others I’ve experienced. That’s alot to be said from someone getting pedicures monthly for over 20 years.

I had a gel mani done with Nancy today and she was fantastic! She was very careful, attentive, and I really enjoyed my experience with her. I would totally recommend her and will definitely book future appointments with her – thanks, Nancy!

I booked an appointment online for an Elite pedicure. I thought by the insane price, that it would have to be one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had since I’ve never paid more than $40 in the past. My feet desperately needed it since I dropped something on them a few months ago and almost loosing the two big toe nails left me with air pockets and them looking pretty gross. When I sat down she had asked me if I wanted gel. I told her that regular polish would be fine and that I just wanted some French tips with the base being more of a nude instead of more on the pink side. After that, not much was said. Once the massage and lotion was done, she started actually doing the painting. All she did was a white line. I thought maybe she was going to do the pink/nude on top of that since I’ve never had just a white line painted on and that be the end of it but that is infact all she did… It took her maybe 5 mins to paint the French tips and then put some top coat on. The whole reason I went there was to get my toes looking pretty again but all I left with was some white lines and the air bubbles still very much visible! Don’t get me wrong the massage was great but there’s absolutely no reason I should be charged $80 for some white lines and essentially none of my concerns being fixed. The lady was nice but quiet. I always feel terrible leaving not so great reviews but I just can’t get over the fact that I was charged so much for so little being done.
