The women that work there are ALWAYS rude and act put out by you. They roll there eyes and sigh when you ask questions. The first couple times I chalked it up to having a bad day but I have since realized that it’s who they are daily. I only go here if cosmoprof doesn’t carry it.

It really is such a shame that this is the only Cosmoprof left in town. The employees always seem to be aggitated and rude. They like to follow customers around the store watching them all like a hawks, treating them like theives.. This experience makes for a very uncomfortable shopping trip.

I go to Cosmoprof often and they NEVER have what I need, and if i ask about a product they seem like it is the end of the world to check if it is in the back or when they will get more. Even when I check out they always are so curt and rude! I will go to idaho falls or order online next time I need something.

I would give a zero if I could. They never have what you need, and they say they will order it in for you but never and I mean never do they actually get it in. I make the long trip to idaho falls or twin falls. Dont bother shopping here.
