She is the absolute best in every way
She always exceeds expectations and is the only person who I will go to. She is thorough in her work, such a pleasure to speak with, and she makes a person feel very comfortable throughout the process. She is truly the best in every way imaginable. If you need a wax, you have to go to her because the quality of her work is exceptional!

So my hair was dark brown with 50% salt & pepper growing in. I had to do my roots often and I was tired of it. I have been in Texas for a year but after a bad color experience in California years ago, I was gun shy. I found Shelby and went for a consultation. She gave me options and I liked her ideas. She also gave me a price range that included 2 other things, only if needed. She told me to do what I wanted with my hair would be approximately 6 hours and she was right on the money it was 6 1/2 hours. She devoted herself to achieving what my goal which was lighter hair with easier grow in. My hair turned out great, I love it and so does my husband. It feels fantastic and no breakage. All in all, it could not have gone better. She’s also very pleasant and concerned for your comfort. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my appointment went and to top it off her prices are very fair.

I have been been getting Brazilian waxes at Luminous for at least 7 years. They are the best! The space is clean and elegant and the estheticians are really good. I highly recommend the waxing services at Luminous.

Best service ever! Received a call from warning me that there was only one nail tech in that day bc I booked an appt for 2. Came in with my best friend was in town and we both got a full set of dip manicure with tips and a pedicure with Grace and had the best time. We sat with her all day having a great conversation, laughs, and an awesome girls day! didn’t even realize how long we were in there — We’ve never had so much fun at the salon 🙂 Our nails look great and I made sure to book for a fill-in before I left. Fantastic experience
