I wish I could give this pedicure a 0 star. The point of a pedicure is to go in with dirty nails and to come out with clean and polished nails; today I walked in with dirty nails.. and I walked out with dirty, polished nails. I am not sure if this was a prank, or a joke, but I still paid for the services.
I started to get my pedicure done by one person, her appt walks in 3 minutes into my pedicure, and so another person takes over (understood). When the gentleman comes over to do my pedicure, he does not prep as if this is a new pedicure he is about to start. One foot got cuticle softener, the other did not, one foot my cuticles were pushed, the other was not. My ears became hot with frustration, my stomach full of aggravation. Oh, but wait.. It does not end there. As the man is cutting my cuticles, I wait for him to scoop and clean under my toenails; the man did not even have the thought; under my nails are as dirty as when I walked in.
Looking to my left, I was livid with jealousy as I saw the woman who had begun to do my nails clean and cater completely to her appt client. Whilst I get a crackhead job (I say that because I could have probably gotten a better job by a drug addict).
My toes look uneven, the paint job is done poorly and honestly, as I was driving home I began to cry because I do not understand how someone can CHOOSE to have an occupation and do a poor job! We are all hard working people and collectively in a very sensitive time/economy. I had to stop and pull over at how extremely disappointed and tired I am of these nail salons doing the bare minimum. I had to literally pull over on the busy road and was compelled to take photos
Now I will have to go home and scoop the shot from under my nails, and then remove the rest of the dead cuticle because that’s usually what comes after scooping dirt from the nails.
I will call tomorrow to get this pedicure redone… … Walking out of the establishment, I voiced my concern and told the lady who had begun to do my nails that I was very disappointed with the results of my pedicure: I said that I felt like I had dirty nails still… A customer overheard me and told me she has felt the same way. The woman who had gotten the perfect pedicure that I craved after this busy week commented that the woman who had done her nails was doing so for several years, and I see why. Needless to say a very poorly done job. Hated the pedicure the whole time and I did not want to be rude to an older person by stopping him from what he was doing, but I felt like doing that many times during my service….. Go at your own risk..

I recently visited Swan Nail for a regular pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, I was quite annoyed by the persistent efforts of the pedicure technician to convince me to opt for a gel pedicure. I had clearly stated that I wanted a regular pedicure, but it seemed like she was more interested in upselling me to a more expensive service.

As if that wasn’t enough, I requested plastic wrap for my legs so I could head home without smudging my freshly done nails. This is a standard practice that many places offer after a pedicure. However, to my surprise, they didn’t have any plastic wrap available. How can a nail salon not have such a basic amenity for their customers?

Furthermore, they claimed to be out of fast-drying spray and oil, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. It’s reasonable to expect that a nail salon would have all the necessary supplies and provide a seamless service.

Speaking of prices, their pedicure service is significantly more expensive than what you’d find in New York City, where you can get a full-service pedicure for $25 to $27. Here at Swan Nail, I paid a whopping $37 for a regular pedicure, and I usually give a 20% tip. The question is, should I really be paying this much for subpar service?

I was deeply disappointed with my visit. The constant upselling, the lack of basic amenities, and the high prices make this place a poor choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable nail salon experience. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to think twice before giving this place a try.

I spend $55 plus $10 dollars tip and my nail polish came of the next day. I called the guy and he told me to go back and he will fix it. When I went back they refused to fix my nails and were screaming at me in front of the customers. The manager and the guys at the register were very rude and unprofessional. Never in my life did I have to leave a bad review for a business or have been treated this way.

Poor service, poor communication. I very clearly stated I just wanted my nails removed. Fill? They asked , no just take off. Manicure ? They asked , no just take off. At the end they charged me for a manicure because of the clear coat they put on top 🤦‍♀️ after they cut my nail in the removal process and didn’t even do anything for my cuticles and didn’t file down my nails evenly! Never again. They also failed to remove all of the prior nail poilish before adding the clear coat so they look RIDICULOUS.
