This is usually my go to place. They’re quick, affordable, and friendly. But my last visit this past week was not what I expected at all. She was doing my pedicure and they do great usually but for some reason I’m not sure if she thought I had an ingrown or what but a chunk of the skin on my big toe was cut off and has left a nasty looking sore. No apology she continued on after putting something that absolutely burned on it. I was still charged and the big toe nail is completely smudged. All places have good and bad days but this last visit may be the deal breaker for me. I pay to relax not to be butchered. On top of that I found out a friend had passed away in the middle of this happening. They asked if I were okay but they also asked how I wanted to pay. And I frequent this salon a lot for my nails.

Very unprofessional, my bf picked out a gel color that they just ignored, instead gave him a clear top coat. Didn’t offer to fix them after I said they were wrong, I got a full set that has lasted me 4 days with the coat. Very unhappy. Will never be back.

I love Hawaii Nails! I have been to both locations here in the OKC-metro. Both have incredibly kind, professional staff that do excellent work. I also think their prices are great. I am usually a walk-in customer. They always get me in/out quickly and accomodate when they are busy. I recommend Hawaii to everyone. Thank you!

I love this nail salon. I go once or twice a month at least and tell all my friends to try it. Everything from eyelashes to waxing as well as a massage can be done and most service is buy one get one half off. It’s a clean and comfortable setting. I won’t go anywhere else. I asked if they could match my nails with my cup and I am impressed.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for about 6 yrs. I usually request Nick, but I have allowed other techs to do my nails. I try to schedule, but if not I visit through the week when they are not as busy.
They are running a special, buy one service and get the 2nd for 1/2 price.
