Best nail salon ever. No, really! My mom has been going here for probably 20 years, or as long as it has been open. Every tech does a great job. They are better than any of the salons I’ve tried in my home town in Colorado. I love going to Empress Nails and getting pampered when I’m in Naperville.

It was my first time at this salon and I had an excellent experience with everyone especially Van my nail technician! She was amazing, friendly, and gave the best foot and hand massage! I also requested a flower design on each hand and they turned out beautiful!!! Definitely coming back again!!! Thank you Van!!! 😄

I have been disappointed with Donna. Initially she was very kind and nice but the last time I went there for mani/pedi I had such a bad experience with her.

She rudely yelled at me in front of other customers when she was doing pedicure. I am ticklish on my feet which she knows from three months of going to her. She yelled at me that I should stay still or she will hurt herself by my feet wiggling. I told her to either skip the step of using pumice stone or just do it only at spots I am not ticklish. She made such a big fuss which made me uncomfortable, so I requested her to stop and i needed someone else to help me.

Then this nice lady Sunny was replaced to take over the services. Do not go to Donna she can be really rude. 😞

Got my nails gel filled with Ryan who did a nice job as always…I then decided to treat my feet to a pedicure, and jenny has magic hands, and did an EXCELLENT job! 5 stars! The best pedicure I’ve had in ages! Thank you!
