I had a great first visit at this salon with my boyfriend, we both received pedicures. I made an appointment a day ahead of time, arrived a few minutes early, and we were taken care of promptly. Unlike some other salons I’ve been to, I never felt pressured to get any services I didn’t want, which I greatly appreciated. I also got acrylic nails for the first time and they look BEAUTIFUL! My manicurist made sure I liked the length, shape, and color, and told me to let her know if I ever felt any pain with the nail grinder thing. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my boyfriend as he waited for me to have my manicure finished. Definitely will be coming back!

My visit at Metro Nails was a letdown. I left with cuts on my fingers, and my skin got charred—no oil or pre-hot water to ease the filing process for the manicure. My fingers even ended up bleeding because of careless cuts. When I brought this to the manager’s notice, the staff’s response was just a very impolite “sorry you feel this way,” which felt pretty dismissive and showed a lack of genuine concern or accountability for the subpar service provided. Would avoid.

This is the worst mani and pedicure service I’ve ever had. I get them frequently so I know the process. When I left, I had some dead skin on my feet and my skin was cut. The manager is horrible, avoid this place.

amazing nails, so quick with service and so kind as well! i got a full acrylic set for such a good price and i walked out in less than 45 mins. the lady made sure i liked them before leaving. definitely will be coming back

The people who work here were nice and polite – the lady who did my nails also went out of her way to find a color that I specifically requested and couldn’t find in the basket, which I appreciated. However, my gel manicure began chipping only 2 days after I got it done. For how much I paid for it, I would have expected better longevity 🙁
