The staff was very nice and friendly however, I asked for a trim with a little face framing in the front. The first thing that kinda bothered me is that she just started cutting without asking me how much I wanted off. Thankfully she didn’t cut too much off. I didn’t notice until I got home and looked in the mirror that she butchered the face framing.

This location did an excellent job.. I didn’t like the cut I ASKED for… called.. asked if I could come back in for a redue and told them it would be almost a week before I could make it back.. they said of course I could.. when I walked in.. the whole staff was apologetic… and I did my very best to assure them it was MY fault.. not theirs

I do not suggest going to the great clips on Pocatello creek road. I do not know the ladies name but she clearly does not know what shoulder length means. As it is up to my ears when I finally had enough. By the time she would have been down I would have no hair left because she just kept cutting it shorter.

Their app is always way off on time, it is always much longer! Example: today I pulled up and the app said 8 minutes, walked in and it changed to 23. Hair wasn’t cut for another 30 minutes. They werr offby almost an hour. The people who work there don’t seem to care either about off they are. Overall very disappointing experience. I would suggest going somewhere else unless you have tons of free time.

Decent place. You get what you pay for so don’t expect too much. I usually have to trim it at home to make it a little more even
