I took my daughter to get her nails done here today, and it was a great experience. We originally went to Lavish Nails, but they didn’t have appointments available and did not seem very welcoming when we approached the counter. They were not exactly rude, but they were not welcoming either. So we decided to try Pala’Zio since they have mostly good reviews. Once we entered, we were immediately greeted and felt much more comfortable and welcomed. We were seated in a waiting area, which was nice and peaceful, and we were offered water. I had a short wait before being seen, and my daughter had to wait just a little longer, but it wasn’t too bad. They were all very friendly and took their time to take care of us. A huge thank you to Jenny and Diamond, our Nails came out great! We will definitely be back.

Update: I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and Jenny always takes great care of me and does a great job. My nails always come out great, and she’s extremely courteous and friendly. Diamond and Naomi took great care of my niece and mother today as well. They are all really nice and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this spa/nail salon! A huge Thank You to all three of you!

I had a lively experience with Saki on my birthday. I scheduled a 90-minute massage, 30-minute foot reflexology, and a 60-minute facial. She took excellent care of me, and I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.

I’m editing my review and removing a star because it has been 6 days and my gel french tip pedicure is starting to peel.

Went in on Saturday and by Monday my nails were chipped and cracking from the nail polish , I got a pedi and the nail tech was great. But after 2 days the nail polish just started to crack.
