I got my nails done last week and they started peeling immediately. However , I received a call from one of the managers 3 days later and he told me to come in so a different nail tech could fix my nails. I went back and Linda did an excellent job. Everyone there was really nice about things and apologized for my last experience . This is a place that really cares about customer satisfaction, I would definitely come back and recommend this place . Very nice facilities and great caring people.

Been here a few times over the last year or so. They are pretty clean and I have always been able to get serviced when I’ve come to the shop – with or without an appointment. The prices are also pretty reasonable; I think being near/on Temple’s campus plays a role in that since there are times when there are many students coming through the shop. I’ve had dip nails with tips, gel manicures and regular pedicures done here. All have come out well and lasted as expected.
Worth a try if you are looking for a clean nail shop with reasonable pricing in the Temple area.

they were all very diligent but also caring for the customer, i didn’t feel rushed and my nails turned out super cute! and don’t even get me started on the music playing in that place. i got a headache from my head bopping so much. it was very much seasoned.

Salon is clean, staff is nice and welcoming, Tiffany did my nails and I’m satisfied. I took off one star because I waited longer than expected, My appointment was at 6pm, I left there at 8:20pm, she got behind schedule. Also I requested a french manicure, but with two lines of color and I wasn’t told that it would be an extra $20, the prices are listed but no where did it state that. I would suggest transparency with cost upfront. I have to say that Tiffany was more than willing to rectify this and gave me a significant discount for how long I waited patiently. I will be back soon Tiffany 🙂 I have to add that Lynn is a peach and does good work, her customer sitting next to me was also satisfied with her work. FYI photo nails are 4 days old.

Love it here! All the girls do an amazing job and they have a crazy extensive selection of dip colors and really nice gel colors also. I would make an appointment because they’re always very busy. They also give a 10% discount to Temple students Monday- Wednesday if you pay cash! They can also do really nice designs and they have a point system that gives you money off after a certain amount of points.
