I would give them 0 or negative stars if I could. I went in last night for a fill. There was an older woman working who said she could do it. I showed her a picture of pointed black nails. She filed my nails & didn’t remove all of the old polish, 1 nail was a little bit lifted & she didn’t remove part that was lifted, she put nail glue where my nail bed meets the old acrylic on all the nails, she filled the gap not even all the way to my cuticle, there was no apex, she didn’t compare length of nails or hands to each other, after she shaped 1 had I said stop, they are completely misshapen, thin & different lengths, I was done & she had the nerve to charge me $20. I have to go to another salon today to have her work removed & my nails fixed. I called today & the lady wouldn’t give me a straight answer if she was the owner or manager, said she was with a customer & hung up on me. This was a waste of my time & money. This woman is not qualified to be doing even basic nails.

Excellent work. They take their time and do the job right. This is the first time my daughter’s nails have managed to stay on for over a week 10/10

MY experience was nothing short of scary. No communication skills, filthy, incompetent, began to use an old file….. when asked if instruments were sterilized — owner could not understand/answer. As instruments and accessories were on the FLOOR AND she clearly has NO idea what she was doing…. I left there with wet feet & home to sanitize them!! Either this place is a front for another “business” or they need not have customers or need to make money…legitimately.
They should be investigated ……hhhhhhhmmmm

The customer service I have received at Lily Nails has always made me happy. Both of them are so gracious and sincere.They go above and beyond for myself and my daughter everytime we visit. She always makes sure I am happy with my nails, and massages are the best! I appreciate them both. These people are the best!
