I was able to easily make a reservation online, and reschedule it for a later time when I realized I could not make the original time. The staff were very friendly and greeted me upon arrival and sat me right away. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure, and was in the salon for a total of 70 minutes. In my opinion, they were very efficient with time. I can’t say that about all salons, and I very much appreciated this about Iconic. My nails also look lovely. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
