First time visit today. They were very nice. We actually carried on a conversation. I’ve gone to several other salons around town & always feel like I’m wasting their time. I was very pleased with Elegant Nails. I’ve been a bit skeptical on dip powder because the first time I did it, elsewhere, it looked terrible. But the lady today did an amazing job. I will be back. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Owner ripped my natural nail pulling shoving item between glue and nail instead of using acetone to remove old glue. The French tip paint job looks horrible, doesn’t cover original nail whites. Very Painful. No manicure massage, no soak, nothing. 😔 Nails were done one day before this photo was taken. Red line on the little finger is where the nail was ripped and you can see the white on tips are poor quality.
Painful experience · Rushed service · Messy results VERY EXPENSIVE $$
