In the middle of applying tips, the lady (seems to be the only licensed nail technician here) stops and asks someone to come file my nails as she blatantly takes a customer that she knew. Busy pleasing that customer & her mom, even though I was first and had already been there for 2 hours. My nails had acrylic on them and she kept trying to put tips on top of acrylic nails!!!!!! My god! At the end I said what are you doing? Where is the acrylic for fill in?! Wtfffffff I am so upset! I walked out looking a mess! Please shut this place down!

I went on a Tuesday for a GEL manicure. A lady named Maya (I believe) did my nails. Everything seemed fine, clean, and they had good costumer service (hence the 2 stars) until my friend and I were about to leave. We didn’t even finish paying and the worker demanded a tip. This didn’t bother me much, HOWEVER, 3 days in: MOST OF MY NAILS WERE CRACKED and CHIPPED by the 5th day!
I went back exactly on week later, asked how long a gel manicure should last and she said about 3 weeks. I then showed her the condition of my nails and she agreed to redo them no charge.
The same woman did my nails and was extremely rude to me. I asked if she can change the color (and told them I truly don’t care what color) because I was afraid the nail polish they used was old.
Maya rudely responded: “Then why didn’t you come in 3 days ago when it happened”. I’m sorry? All I asked (respectfully) is it they can change the color to avoid this from happening again.
AGAIN, before I left, she demanded me to give her a tip and I refused to. I should not be tipping anyone if I had to come back and get my nails redone.
Additionally, she did a TERRIBLE job. 3 days later, my nails are cracking and CHIPPED (as seen in the photos attached). She didn’t paint neatly so I had the gel layer on my fingers, and the gel is starting to peel off on my middle finger.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They lure you in with their “costumer service”and you’ll leave with a terrible job done.
Its not like the other places where as a man I felt very uncomfortable!
