I always come here and i love it. Not sure how this place can ever get a bad review. I brought my nana here since she is visiting from Canada .. Jasmine and Jenny.. i adore them for how they took care of my nana (grandma). She’s was so happy! They gave genuine, quality service. Because of that, i will forever be a loyal customer. Everyone that’s ever done my nails here has always does the job well, even when it’s super busy!! THANK YOU ❤️

Without fail, each visit has been an absolute delight, a testament to the unwavering commitment to exceptional service. I love going here. The employees are so kind and there is little to no wait. The decor is also gorgeous. definitely recommend.

I ask for one thing but am always coached to something different telling me it’s better but in my opinion it’s not better on my nails. Last straw with me was with my pedicure. I was already there for an hour having a manicure and pedicure at the same time and of course on each I say what I want and they try and sell me an upgrade saying it’s better for me. Anyways on my pedicure the lady painted my toe nails but kept getting the color on the skin and the big toe nail didn’t paint the side of the nail and was noticeable. I was letting the side of the nail go because she was having trouble with the color burgundy smearing on my skin. After she finished she said the color was no good I could pick out a different color and I said no I’ve already been there long enough and I wanted the same color for color my nails. She said we could pick out a similar color and I told here no I didn’t have time to stay any longer than I had already. She removed the color off my toenails but the color was smeared on my skin even more and didn’t come off. They charged me for the full service and I told the guy I didn’t believe I should be charged for a full pedicure and showed him my toes and explained if I was at least going to be charged full then they at least needed to get the color off my skin but he said what had already been explained to me is that they can repaint if I wanted to pick out another color. I was charged full and was disappointed in paying more than what I had anticipated and left with my toenails not being painted and color on my skin smeared where she had removed the color from my nails. Had they of at least acknowledged their mistake and just given me a $10 off I would have been okay but I left there worse than I went in and left being disappointed. They lost a customer for good.
