I initially thought my nails were gorgeous, so when they pushed me to leave a positive review before I left the store, I was a bit annoyed but didn’t mind giving them 5 stars. After a week I noticed that almost all of my nails looked terrible around the cuticles, catching my hair and separating way earlier than expected. Hannah was very nice but definitely could’ve and should’ve done a better job for the almost $100 I spent here.

I just want to BRAG on how impressive American Nails is when it comes to SNS and pedicures! Tina had me snoozing with the amazing massage! Yen did a beautiful job on my nails. And I would just like to add that I have had plenty of places do callus removal and it was still rough….NOT TINA! My feet have not been this smooth and felt this good in a very long time even my husband‘s willing to rub them again! The service is AMAZING! I’m looking forward to returning!

Hannah did my nails and did such a great job!! I really love them and they’re super cute! She gave me a price before hand and was really nice and helpful to figure out what nail shape I wanted and how much it was! They also have student discounts so really nice and great deal!

I hadn’t had my nails done in over two years because I’m new to the area and very skeptical of new places. So I wanted to make sure I found a place that had the best reviews. I was taken care of by Kevin today and he was very thorough. He made sure I liked the shape and design of my French tips. I called for a same day appointment and I was squeezed in with no issues. The ambiance was friendly and the place was clean. I would say though, that there is an up charge for the shape of your nails and I’m not sure what else was added on. I did request a glitter design on four nails, so that was $10 extra. Overall, I’m pleased with my nails and would return. My French tip nails with added glitter was $85.

I’ve been to American Nails twice now – once for a full acrylic set with Julie and once for a fill in with Jimmy. Short wait time if any and techs are super meticulous and precise when doing your nails. They seem to have a bunch of regulars from the interactions I’ve seen, which I take as a really positive sign. I’ve shopped around nail salons quite a bit, and these are the best acrylic/gel polish applications I’ve had at an Athens salon so far, so I plan to return again.
