Customer Reviews:
I came in and asked for a full acrylic set, roughly medium to long length, square shape, french tip. As you can see from the pictures I attached, my fingers were visibly cut multiple times, and antiseptic was only applied to the first cut, none of the others. My cuticles and skin physically hurt after this service. I have never seen my cuticles in such poor condition before. My nails are also inconsistent in application, with some being thin, thick, smooth, bumpy, slanted, and overall just poorly done; the bad quality is the only constant. I also only received one apology for my first cut, and for the second cut, I was told that I have “thin skin,” which felt like I was being blamed for my injury.
Another issue I had was that my nail technician would use his nail to push back my cuticles instead of a cuticle pusher. I usually wouldn’t have a problem with this except for the fact that I had open wounds all over my fingers. I at least wish he would have worn gloves.
In all honesty, I should’ve asked for the paint job to be done to my liking, because I prefer a long base with low french, but I was so drained from this experience, which is why I paid full price instead of asking for a reduction. I still tipped because I never complained and a service was still provided.
Based on other reviews, there are definitely some talented technicians at this salon, but if you’re looking for well-done, long nails, I would not recommend. I personally will not be coming back.
