I only go to Tom. He does the most amazing nails and loves being creative won’t go to anyone else. I have referred so many people to him and they are just as happy as I am if you want amazing nails go see Tom he’s just fabulous

I have come to the salon for years. Customer service has not been good recently. Today they lost me as a customer, I called ahead to ask if there would be a wait for 3 pedicures and they said no to come now. I did and they told me to wait, I did for about 10min asked a worker about how long the wait would be she answered very rude and irritated, I don’t know ask them. I should not feel like a bother asking a simple question, especially since they misinformed me about no wait time and being a paying customer. The last few times they did it very fast my feet barely soaked, and they have not scrubbed them good. My pedicure should last at least 2 weeks. I always tip, miss Kevin who is no longer there, he had great customer service.
