I have tried a lot of nail salons for gel and dip nails. Dip is an art and getting a thin natural dip is even more so. My nails have never looked better and I get compliments all the time. They listen and no matter what photo I bring to duplicate, they always do! Pretty sure I can’t trust anyone else now!

I used to come here a lot and had to stop for a while. I decided to come in after a year. I must say I was very disappointed. My pedicure was okay but not what I paid for. Then my gel manicure was so bad and uneven like acrylic. I let the shop know and the owner said I could come back, but an hour later the person who did my nails text me to let me know that it was normal and if I didn’t like them then I should peel it off. I told him I was going to come back and he said I should if I was going to be unhappy. That made me feel so uncomfortable that I let them know I would not be coming back and she basically said she refuse to refund anymore. Do not go here unless you want to be charged $80 for everything to peel or chip a week later. I must say a week later my gel manicure peel in the shower. I have never had that happen before. I will never come here ever again.

I went to get my acrylics removed and just have a gel manicure. When they started to take the acrylics off, they shoved another acrylic nail underneath and popped off my acrylics, which took half of my actual nail with it, making my nails super frail. If I had known this was the technique they were going to use I would’ve done it myself probably better at that. Then they got to the gel manicure, which was not done well either. Some parts of my nail weren’t covered in the gel polish, my cuticles weren’t cleaned that well, and on top of that they charge me $45. I wish I could Get a refund because this was definitely not worth $45.

I went in Monday for a basic manicure and gel polish. Well, here it is Friday and my nails are already chipping off. I previously went across the street and only picked this place because the other location is closed on Mondays now. Well, I’ll just wait until Tuesday because I will never visit this location again. Prices aren’t even posted. They fixed two nails for my gf and painted them white. I got a gel manicure $79. I wasn’t that pleased when I left, but I just paid and left because I knew it would be the first and last time.
UPDATE: 4/28/2022
I WAS NOT AT THE WRONG LOCATION. I am very well aware of where I went to get my nails done. I came to this location and everything I stated previously stands. I was even able to add photos now that I am on my laptop.
