Updated to add resolution: I called and got a 6 pm appointment for a re-do. Henry did an excellent job and my nails look like my ideal. I didn’t get my design back, or a refund for it and they didn’t offer it. Probably because they closed at 7. Although the service was “free”, I had to pay for parking twice. The entire ordeal cost me total of $130 and about 5 hours of my time for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. For the hassle and price, to me, it’s not worth it.
to self care! Every tech has been amazing and attentive and so friendly the moment you walk through the door. They are very talented and pay attention to the smallest
details which is extremely important to me. It’s so cute inside with a great uptown vibe and they definitely have a customer for life
We travel all over the US getting pedicures and I would rate this experience in my top 5
