Allie made sure I left SUPER HAPPY!! She does great work. I got in quickly without an appointment. The place was clean and Allie was so friendly.
Will definitely be back here like clockwork for my fill-ins!

I usually only come to write positive reviews here. I will let them have the one star because yes the place is gorgeous! However it’s the most unprofessional place an ruined my nails and wanted to charge me 70$! I was paying for me and my friend for her birthday is was a special day as well! First I asked to be sat together NO ONE else was there. Then I asked pricing and she said 30$ for the full set the 40$ for the gel I asked if I have to get gel she said YES she also took a simple design that I have had done 4 times now at all diff salons and it’s so horribly done ! She started being nice then kept yanking my arm and she literally snapped saying I ruined this nail while SHE took a paper towel to it! My acrylic wasn’t even dry when she painted! It took almost 3 hours for this!!! I spoke to them about it and it was such a scam! She mentioned how the length of my nails was a factor in pricing as well. I cannot stand salons like this they wait till your already so far in you have like nothing to do! I absolutely hate my nails they are horrible done and someone still feel wet within the polish is the best way I can describe it! I def will not be returning and they most of all ruined what was meant to be a fun celebration day for my friend that she had asked we do! Do NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I was THAT customer that showed up at 6:54, when they accept their last customer at 7pm. To make it worse, I had a design request. Incredible attitude and encouraging staff. I felt so welcomed and was not pressured or rushed to be done before the 8pm closing time. T is absolutely amazing and will be scheduling my appointments with her moving forward. Thank you again, LT nails for being so kind and welcoming.

Decided to give this nail salon a try after seeing so many raving reviews including my own mothers. I’m glad that so many individuals have had great experiences and have become regulars.. unfortunately I will not.
I felt unwelcome and unwanted walking in the door. The receptionists tones and expressions were boredom and annoyance, especially when being asked anything. The rest of the staff seemed polite and kind though.
Was taken to a chair fairly quickly where it became obvious the employees got along very well together. So much so that the techs stop working on their clients every few minutes to joke and talk to coworkers. Techs without clients float, sit and chat with techs working consistently. This was at least true for my technician and the ones around him.
My Tech was very kind but only asked for my input in regards to shape and color. He proceeded to cut and file without any further input from myself. Tips were cut significantly shorter than I would’ve liked and several fingers were filed down crooked. The color and basic nail art was not necessarily bad as the concept of my requested art was there just not up to what I’m used to at my normal salon.
I waited over an hour to get the upsetting $89 set removed and then proceed to a different salon.

Samuel did my nails and did an excellent job. My fiance and I called that morning, and we’re given an appointment later that same day. He got a basic manicure…trim, clean, buff, etc… while I got a much needed fill and gel polish. The staff is pleasant, the facility is clean and comfortable, the prices are competitive, and they really seem to strive to please their customers.
