I come here fairly often over the past year and I like the service. I get gel manicures and gel pedicures over my natural nails and the team always does a good job. I recommend making an appointment but they do take walk-ins also. I’d recommend Ting, Son, or Sarita all 3 have done my nails really well in the past

I am utterly perplexed by what happened here. I booked an appointment with Vicky for a Bliss manicure and arrived about 10 minutes early. I checked in and only waited a minute before someone asked me if I wanted a pedicure, I corrected her and said “manicure,” and was directed where to sit.

I was given a bowl of cold water to put my fingers in for a few seconds, cuticles were quickly and lightly trimmed, nails cut and filed and polish applied in the blink of an eye. I was directed to sit under the dryer, which I did for much longer than the manicure took, then directed to pay for an Essential manicure.

There was no massage or moisturization provided. I left with my hands drier than when I came in. Also not sure about the cleanliness of the equipment used. The nippers were used and then slipped back into their plastic cover and the file looked WELL used.

I had no idea that the person who provided the service was not even Vicky until I saw someone else’s name on the receipt.

Very weird. And I did not get the service I wanted, nor did I apparently get the tech I booked with.

What happened? Do appointments mean nothing?

I guess I will not be back.

I have been going here for years with friends, and it is always a good experience; it is my go-to place. The staff is patient, accommodating, and goes the extra mile. Services are reasonably priced with an extensive, but not overwhelming, list of offerings.

Tried this place for the first time today and was so nervous as I usually go to Creative Nails but they have been closed. I was pleasantly surprised! Vicky did a fabulous dip with take off and very reasonably priced. They offered me a cocktail which was pretty cool! I was a walk in and they started working on me within 10 mins or so. Will definitely be back!

I paid $88 for a gel pedicure on December 16th, a Saturday. 4 days later i have a whole toe nail missing polish. The “gel” completely came off. By the 5th day, Thursday, I had a second toe that chipped. I go in on Friday, the 6th day, and they fix it. 2 chipped gel nails in less than a week. It’s now been 8 days since the original pedicure and 2 days since they repaired my 2 chipped nails and I look down and I have a whole different toe completely missing polish. NOT to mention my last two visits they have cut my toes to the point of bleeding. I’ve been getting gel pedicures and have NEVER had gel chip before 3-4 week mark. To completely fall of within FOUR DAYS means they either don’t know what they’re doing or are using extremely cheap product. I will NEVER spend my money with them again and don’t recommend anyone else too.
