Walked in very excited for my brow tin/ pedicure. There was an issue with my eyebrows and the manager Kris came over to me to talk to me to make sure I loved them. She was extremely kind, considerate and offered to make everything right before I leave. I appreciate that more than I can express because I’ve had many bad experiences with mangers at nail salons not caring how you feel and only want the money. Everyone here is also super nice and it’s clean and beautiful. Regardless of how my brows turned out I will be definitely coming back for my nails and the awesome atmosphere!

The best pedicure experience my husband & I have ever had & the polish lasted for a long time without chipping at all. The techs, Laila & Aliyah, interacted with us instead of just each other. We live two hours away & will make the trip back again soon!

This review gets 2 stars only because the girls that did my nails and pedicure were so sweet. The first day I go in and ask for a gel manicure. The gal did a good job but I asked for pink and white and it was orange and white. No joke, the color was awful. It also took 2.5 hours for just a gel manicure. I went back the next day they were open and asked for them to be redone. They did that but it was done so sloppy. Both my manicure and pedicure. The color is much better but they are bumpy and uneven and just are not the quality that I paid for. I was charged again, given no discount or anything. I will not be going back there. Beware of the quality of work you’re actually getting.
Update! I received a call from the salons manager gently apologizing for my experience. She was very kind and offered a full refund. Unfortunately, I used a visa gift card for a portion of the payment and threw the card away but that’s okay. It’s the genuine thought to make it right that counts. Thank you pain!

Cool water with no foot soak or soap, literally just water. As I proceeded with the treatment my foot was placed half on the towel, half on the foot rest which didn’t feel sanitary. Hot towels are also not included with a gel pedi. Quickest pedi I’ve ever had, which was a bummer. I was in and out in 45 minutes. When you pay for a service like a pedi, you expect it’s going to be atleast a hour and want to enjoy that time relaxing, unwinding and feeling pampered, not rushed. Later that night, 4 of my nails bubbled up because the gel polish hadn’t been cured properly. I went in the next morning to have them fixed (tipped again), then 2 hours later the same thing happened AGAIN!!! What a great way to spend my day off. During my third time back in 24hrs, I asked the manager for a refund and was refused one. This place was super cute and well reviewed. I was really looking forward to this pedicure but unfortunately it was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I haven’t ever left a bad review. So that’s saying something. Save the money and take your business elsewhere.
