Rude rude rude! I’m going agree with previous comment..she absolutely picks and chooses (people of color not treated or serviced appropriately)! Horrible products and equipment. Gel polish not cured properly..created bubbles and then peeling. Returned to allow corrections and nails STILL not right. Please support another salon…this salon is not worthy of our hard earned money

What a lovely place! Tracy was so nice and personable and she was even able to squeeze me in for a pedi during my appointment. I will definitely go back whenever I need my nails done again 🙂

UPDATE-I recently posted a 5 star review in which part of my review was how well my nails lasted. While my initial full set lasted almost 4 weeks, my second visit for a balance/ fill only lasted 6 days before lifting started. I notice the nail on my middle finger lifted after three days. However I waited a few more days before going in to have it repaired. I notified Tracy of this issue. She proceeded to tell me that perhaps I grabbed the car door and that could have been the culprit. I guess she assumed I didn’t drive for four weeks when they initial were done as a full set. She said her shop only guarantee work done up to three days after service. She charged me $8 to repair the one nail. I paid $50+ for a balance and these should have lasted a lot longer. Now, I have two more nails that are lifting and I haven’t had this balance for a complete two weeks! I am a bit disappointed since my first visit was amazing. Needless to say, this business lost a customer.

It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. After I left the shop, my fingers were dreadfully in pain for two and a half weeks. I will never go back again. She was unprofessional and was yelling at me because I was calmly and respectfully complaining about the issues I had at my previous visit. I DO NOT recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to Tracy for 2-3 years now and she always does a good job. We always have great conversations and she always does my nails just how I like them. I only get dip but my natural nails stay long because Tracy does them well. I get asked all the time if I have acrylic.
Tracy isn’t rude at all but some of the people that come in are definitely rude…I’ve witnessed it first hand. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
