Crystal did my nails and pedi she was very good! I’ll be back to try out their other services, electronic check in and they will call you when it’s your turn .It did take very long to get seen, I wish they had a better choice of music . I went back a week later and got my hair done by Ashlee, she did a great sew in ! I was a walk in and she still took me ,it did take a long time but she told me to book next time and she will block the time just for me music playing was great good vibes

So I went in to this fine well what I used to think was a fine establishment to soak my nails off and to get overlays on my natural nail. Long story short as I was sitting in a chair waiting on the nail tech I had asked the owner Benny if he could give me the little dish with the polish remover so I can begin at least soaking my nails off. He jumps up and put some equipment in front of me and tells me he cannot stop doing the customer to help me and I’m trying to explain to him I do not want him to stop doing what he was doing I just wanted the dish with the acetone polish so I can begin the process. In the past this has been the normal procedure so miss sister China started saying okay boss and jumping up instead of closing a scene I gathered my things and I left I considered myself a loyal customer but I will not be treated with this respect a talk to any kind of way especially when I am sick in the understanding and ask a question there are too many nail shops in Columbus so trust me when I say drive past this one drive past this one. I work too hard for my money and I just needed some acetone polish remover. So I give them five stars for not understanding English and for having the worst customer service maybe they were having a bad day I don’t know I just left

I came here for the very first time soo happy and excited to finally be able to treat myself. While I was waiting for no reason at all the man behind the front desk asked me to sit down that their working as fast as they can. It had just been 10 mins so I wasn’t even stressed about it. Then the pedicure was weak. The woman announced super loud that my feet were looking rough 😂 I was embarrassed. I couldn’t believe she did that. I tried to explain how I wanted my nails done and the lady slapped my hand asking me to wait till she’s done. I didn’t like how I was treated. So my toe nails came out cute my feet could have been better. My nails were not what I wanted not even the color. I just wanted to leave so I didn’t correct her on the color. Never coming here again.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure on Sunday. By Wednesday the polish is chipped. Didn’t even make it to celebration 😕. Too much money spent for something that doesn’t even last a week.
